Janet became a professional Realtor in 2005 with a small coastal NC firm helping buyers achieve their goals of owning and investing in North Carolina real estate. During the next ten years, she worked simultaneously selling real estate while employed by a civil and structural engineering firm. With a combination of knowledge in lending and investing real estate, and construction principles, Janet is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. She holds her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation and serves the greater Triangle NC area. Janet believes nothing is more satisfying than finding clients the perfect home in which to make memories for years to come!
