Kelly is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and joined the Team in 2012. She specializes in handling your home purchase from Contract to Close. Kelly will act as your closing ambassador; coordinating with your Lender, Inspectors, Attorneys, etc. from the time your home goes under contract until the day you close and beyond. She will follow up during the process to discuss lender status, appraisal status, alert you when it’s time to connect utilities, etc. Her love for detail and checklists make her a perfect fit for this role. Nearly native to Raleigh, she has seen the vast growth in the Triangle and loves calling North Carolina home. Kelly lives in Holly Springs with her husband and two teenagers. Outside of real estate, she enjoys going to the movies and spending time at the beach.
